Vintage Sketchbook

It's not often one is lucky enough to come across such a precious find as a vintage artist's sketchbook.
And I found one yesterday! I'm guessing from the people in the sketches and they way they're dressed that this sketchbook was created sometime during the early 1900's.
What a treasure it is. Almost every page is full of pencil sketches or watercolors.
Here's one of the watercolor paintings. What a treat it is to view another time through these watercolors and drawings!
